    失败的红烧肉

    太久没练手了,果然又做砸了。。。红烧肉烧成了肉丁,筷子都夹不起来,更别说摆盘了
     
    可怜的肉肉下锅前,拍了张写真,阿门,希望下次有成品,改日再战~

    可以尝尝啊,或者用筷子戳戳,如果瘦肉也很容易地戳透,那就是熟了。肉嘛,这种大小煮15分钟绝对熟了。
